Introduce and provide care
Leadership meeting, staff session, caregiver or family session where relevant, confidential individual conversations, and scheduled phone, text, or virtual access.
Pilot programs
WPC pilot programs give organizations a low-pressure way to introduce care, gather feedback, and refine the best support model.
Closing the distance between human need and human treatment.
A meaningful first step
A good pilot should be long enough for people to understand the support, begin to trust it, and use it when needed.
For most organizations, WPC recommends a pilot of one to two months.
Recommended model
Leadership meeting, staff session, caregiver or family session where relevant, confidential individual conversations, and scheduled phone, text, or virtual access.
Repeat sessions, leadership check-in, continued access, a workshop or mini-training, feedback gathering, and a pivot report.
