For employees & families
You are allowed to be human here.
If your organization partners with WPC, employees and eligible family members may have access to confidential conversations with a trained, chaplaincy-informed care professional.
Whether you are carrying something at work, at home, or somewhere in between, WPC gives you a trusted place to talk.
Closing the distance between human need and human treatment.
You can talk sooner
You do not have to wait until everything falls apart.
You can reach out when you are grieving. When work feels heavy. When home is complicated. When parenting feels overwhelming. When you are caring for someone you love. When illness changes family life. When a relationship is strained. When your faith feels strong, weak, confused, or absent. Or when you simply need someone to listen without judging you.
WPC care is confidential, permission-based, and respectful of your beliefs, values, culture, and boundaries.
What you can talk about
Whatever is making life harder to carry.
- Stress, pressure, or feeling overwhelmed
- Grief, loss, or bereavement
- Marriage, relationship, family, or parenting concerns
- Caring for an aging, ill, or dependent loved one
- Illness affecting you or someone you love
- Loneliness or disconnection
- Spiritual, faith, or meaning-related questions
- Workplace concerns, tension, or conflict
- Fear, uncertainty, or difficult decisions
- Major life changes and transitions
You do not need to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes you simply need a confidential place to talk through what you are carrying.
Your privacy
Will my employer know what I said?
Your personal conversations are not routinely shared with your employer.
WPC protects the privacy of care conversations within professional, ethical, legal, and safety boundaries. There may be limits to confidentiality involving immediate safety concerns, abuse, mandatory reporting, or other legal obligations. Your WPC chaplain will explain those boundaries clearly.
Faith without force
Do I have to be religious?
No. WPC supports people from many backgrounds and people who are not interested in faith conversation at all.
- Prayer is never forced.
- Scripture or hymns are used only when welcomed.
- You can ask for faith-based comfort.
- You can decline religious language completely.
- Your care will still be honored.
- Listening begins with your story and your boundaries.
“You do not have to carry life alone.”
Everyone needs a chaplain.
