We listen
We begin by understanding your organization—its people, culture, leadership needs, pressure points, existing resources, and the gaps you are trying to address.
How it works
WPC partners with each organization to build a support model that fits its people, culture, leadership, existing resources, schedule, and needs.
Closing the distance between human need and human treatment.
Step by step
We begin by understanding your organization—its people, culture, leadership needs, pressure points, existing resources, and the gaps you are trying to address.
No two organizations need exactly the same thing. WPC may recommend ongoing workplace chaplaincy, a pilot program, leadership support, staff development, training and workshops, caregiver or family support, crisis and bereavement care, or a blended model.
People are more likely to use support when they understand it and trust it. We help leaders and teams understand what WPC is, how to access support, what confidentiality means, and what WPC does not replace.
Depending on the partnership, WPC may provide confidential individual conversations, on-site presence, virtual or telephone support, group sessions, leadership consultations, workshops, team development, caregiver support, or time-sensitive care.
Individual care conversations are treated as confidential within professional, ethical, legal, and safety boundaries.
Organizations may receive appropriate high-level themes, utilization insights, observations, or recommendations that help strengthen support and culture without unnecessarily identifying the people who sought care.
We review what people are using, what leaders are learning, where additional needs are emerging, and what could work better.
The goal is not simply to continue a program. It is to build the kind of support your organization actually needs.
The WPC approach
This is the simple rhythm behind every WPC partnership. The model may look different from one organization to another, but the principle remains the same: understand before prescribing, build trust before expecting participation, and adapt care to what people and leaders actually need.
Sample pilot
A WPC pilot gives an organization an opportunity to experience the model, introduce support to its people, identify emerging needs, and determine what a sustainable partnership could look like.
A pilot may include:
“Start small. Learn honestly. Build what your people truly need.”
Everyone needs a chaplain.
