About Workplace Care USA

We believe care belongs where people actually carry life.

Workplace Care USA exists to help organizations close the human gap between what people are experiencing and the support they can safely access—while helping leaders build workplaces where people can be supported well.

WPC

Care for people. Clarity for leaders.

Closing the distance between human need and human treatment.

Why WPC exists

People do not become less human because they clock in.

They do not stop grieving because a meeting begins. They do not stop worrying about a parent, a child, a diagnosis, a divorce, a death, a bill, or a spiritual question because the workday has started.

Workplaces are full of people trying to function while carrying invisible weight. Leaders are often expected to respond to that weight without becoming therapists, clergy, or crisis professionals.

WPC was created for both.

We provide trusted human care for people while helping leaders and organizations respond with greater clarity, confidence, compassion, and practical understanding.

Our work sits at the intersection of chaplaincy-informed care, emotional support, leadership development, communication, workplace dignity, organizational culture, and human connection.

Our foundation

Care is infrastructure.

WPC is shaped by chaplaincy, organizational strategy, communication, leadership, management, business experience, pastoral care, and human-centered practice.

We believe caring for people and developing strong organizations are not competing priorities. Healthy workplaces need both.

Mission

What we do

Help organizations provide confidential, inclusive, chaplaincy-informed human care while strengthening leaders, teams, dignity, resilience, communication, and workplace culture.

Vision

What we are building

A world where organizations are equipped to care for the human beings behind the work—and where people do not have to carry life alone simply because they are expected to keep functioning.

Our values

The way we care matters.

Our values shape every conversation, program, training, partnership, and recommendation.

  • Dignity — Every person is more than a role, diagnosis, title, or problem.
  • Presence — Care begins with listening well and refusing to rush another person’s experience.
  • Confidentiality — Trust makes honest conversation possible within clear professional, legal, ethical, and safety boundaries.
  • Permission — Care is never forced, and faith is never imposed.
  • Inclusion — We honor diverse beliefs, cultures, families, traditions, and people who identify with no religious tradition.
  • Practical compassion — Care should be humane, useful, responsible, and sustainable.
  • Clarity — We help people and leaders understand what is theirs to carry, what requires another resource, and what the next responsible step may be.

What we are not

A complementary layer of support—not a replacement.

WPC does not replace HR, EAPs, counseling or therapy, medical care, management, clergy, legal counsel, or emergency services.

We work alongside these systems, providing a trusted layer of relational care and organizational support.

HR

Manages workplace systems and employment matters.

EAPs

Connect people with valuable resources and services.

Counselors and therapists

Provide clinical care.

WPC

Accompanies people through what they are carrying—and helps leaders respond well.

When clinical, legal, medical, safety, or emergency intervention is needed, WPC helps connect people with the appropriate resource.

“A world where no person has to carry life alone simply because they are expected to keep working.”

Everyone needs a chaplain.

Let’s help your people feel seen before they feel lost.

WPC does not only care for employees. It cares for people, equips leaders, and strengthens organizations.
